The construction is irrigation pipe over star pickets. Its common around this region. Quick and cheap. Just Google,plenty of info.

Looks good Peter. Will be putting that on the list of things to do/make.

So some months later, finally got around to using the old fence palings and rails for some extra display benches in the yard, should have enough material to make at least 5 more of these.
