Ok who ever unwinds wire of a branch instaed off cutting it?
Geez, who doesn't do this?! I know it's not kosher but we aren't millionaires. If you're careful there's no damage.
LOL I do it most often when the wire has bitten into the branch. For whatever reason some times it just seems easier to unwind and other times it is easier to cut it off. Often depends on the stage of the tree as well some times a basic wiring job takes ALOT of wire and I want it back. On my better trees the last thought is wether I get to re-use the wire I just pick the easiest way.
"Whatever works"
It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.
I find that aluminium when reused gets soft spots and goes on unevenly. So i just cut it off... faster and easier. Good luck un-winding copper without damaging branches.
