Would give them a good month or so before worrying
Keep up the water and care and see in Mid - late jan

I chopped everything off of my tiny little sao-to-me on the weekend and have moved it into the shade. I'm jsut going to leave it tehre a while adn not worry about it =)
Having said that, I've had worse luck with azaleas than anything else so far haha

these trees have gone through a lot of stress being dug up, bare rooted, maybe a little bit of dryness, i would expect it to be trying to recover for a while, so in sayin that i would have to think you wont see much for a month or two, then again, you might be surprised in a couple more weeks, it all depends on how strong they were when ya got them :D

one other thing....i would of been askin for the 50+ ones :shock: :lol: :lol:

The 50yr ones had straight trunks, no movement, nothing really to recommend them. the ones I got are just as thick as the original trunks, and heaps more movement
