I'm anxiously awaiting arrival of a nice Trident I bought on eBay which is something I may not do again. The tree plus another were sent from the NSW Central Coast last Monday and still haven't arrived. I'm fearful of what five days (and that's if they arrive today!) in a box in the hands of Australia Post may have done to them (I was posted an ordinary letter from North Sydney - a distance of about 90kms - on Dec 2 last and received it Jan 13).

They are beautiful, Expresso. In my early stage Bonsai, I'm leaning heavily towards Trident maples and similar trees.

I order a book before Christmas from the US, it took 30 days to get to me.

Re: Trident maples
I sent out my wedding invited before Christmas, some people hadn't received them after the RSVP date!
Definately get a tracking number if you can.

Re: Trident maples
Just got an email from the seller and was he was sick on Monday and didn't send anything out. They'll be going out next Monday. What a relief!
Now I don't have to spend the weekend worrying.
