Ant,
Just leaving it until pre spring until further trimming, or would you suggest to do it now? Would like it to back bud on the branches and a down the trunk a little.
Was thinking of a possible jin on the left hand stub too.
I did take more pics, but Kodak want to be difficult on my pc, so having trouble downloading them.....
Do i have a plethora of pinatas?

On The blueberry farm where work the plants are pruned every winter and shoot back freely, some of the older plants when they get too woody they are cut right to the ground and new shoots pretty quickly come away. there was a blueberry farm in kinglake that was burnt and the plants are re-shooting from the base. This would suggest to me that you can cut wherever you like and it will bud back easily.

Josh if the boys say blue berry you can bank on their knowledge!
My rule of thumb with deciduous is that as soon as the leaves have dropped all gets chopped!!! yo... yo... yo...
OK no more wrappn! Potting is what waits till later, if im patient??? Then when it comes to berries, they are all weeds and no care is needed. givem heaps you cant killm easily. When you can get some shots up we'll virt for sure. :D ;) 8-)
