Congratulation Peter. I saw the tree today it looks stunning. That trunk is very powerful, with the delicate flowers it's a great combination.

Thanks sno,

I loved the large pink variety of the wisteria one of the members displayed. I hope to get some seed off it this season.

Absolutely beautiful and a credit to you. Wisteria are one of my favourite trees and yours must be one of the best I have seen. Out of interest I have found it hard to buy wisterias to style in the Sydney area. Does anyone know where abouts one can buy some? Many thanks for posting the pics of this lovely wisteria. :aussie:

Marleey,

Most nurseries here in Canberra carry the standard purple flowered wisteria. If you started a thread on asking that very question , I am sure there are members in the Sydney area that could help.

Hi Peter that pink wisteria was stunning as well. The difference between the two tree's to me was fascinating. The quiet strength of your tree with the flowing kind of whimsical nature of the pink wisteria to me was a bit like ying and yang.kudos to both artists. Great stuff.
Cheers Craig.
