your trees are looking tops, very healthy indeed! that little semi JBP in a rectangle pot is a pearla! one of my favourite tree from your collection!

Looking good Noah, you should be able to get some nice pieces off that old apple.
Are your pines getting enough sun ? it looks like you have got them really sheltered

Craig that display bench is getting at least 9 hours of sun atm. I think the shadow is cast from the front beam 150mm wide and moves as the sun does. Other pines i have out on the open benches have about the same candle elongation. When one of my large liquid ambers fully leaf out i will lose back to about 6 hours which still should be fine.

the trees are enjoying it alot more to say the budding when breaking dormacy wad incrediable. Nothing like i was getting in rocky some of the tridents and japanese maples had 30cm of growth while i was in rocky

next time im up will spend more time.I should start having some stock time you guys ever get down

Just a quick update the literati red pine is doing fine candles have elongated and opened. Ill concentrate just feeding and watering for this season but im happy with its progress from very sick to now.

here are some trees as of the 29 dec . Its a hot one here at 34 today and 39 tomorrow. The red pine has recovered nicely. My black pines i will allow growth untill mid january when ill try leons techniques. more to come later internet playing up

here is the bonsai area getting fuller from some trees removed from the grow area. some of the decidious will be repotted this week and alot of the pines i have new pots for but will wait until early spring. hope you enjoy

a little double crab apple just lifted out of the ground. its nebari is damn good and hopefully it pops branches were i want them. height about 6 inches atm, also a little corky elm beginning its branches. a ror shohin trident with branches cut back hard. i have high hopes for this one as i love the rock compostion.
