How to prep Fig for re potting.

Hi mate,

I should of read back over the thread before posting again :palm: :oops: :palm: :oops:

Would i be better off trying to fuse the trunks now before i pop it into the box???

Hi Drew
Do both. I would leave it as a mutlti trunk myself, but if you are obsessed about fusing just wire them altogether at the top and over time they will join. If you feed it heavily it must be in a free draining mix and needs lots more water.

COuldnt find anyone stocking diatomite locally, none of the local fruit and veg shops had any styrene boxes.
So i drilled a few holes into a 65l plastic storage container and made a very loose mix of river gravel and potting mix.
See how it goes, updates in a year or two.
