Sometimes called a golden larch, it is not a larch (larix) at all. It is more closely related to the Keleleeria and the cedrus.

I was trying very hard to give hints,
it is a beautiful species with really bright green soft foliage. Perhaps a bit sensitive for our climate. I am sure there would be a few about but only one other I have seen.
