Looking great Squizz. Would be good to see some other angles too.
Iit looks like you are getting more thickening in the top due to the wood being younger and the work you have done. I would be concerned that you will end up with some pretty bad reverse taper. I'm not an expert and don't know if this is the best way, but if you could let one of the buds on your lowest branch close to the trunk run as a sacrifice branch it may thicken your trunk while allowing you to ramify the rest.
