the Sprinkler heads I use on my poles are the small brass ones "Tempest" "Brass Jet 1/2 circle"in a 5 pack from Bunnings. they seem to have a nice water spread at low pressure so work well for just covering a small area like the top of a pot.

The ones on the fence and benches are the "Pope" Jet spray 1/2 circle. Grey ones from Big B too. They give a good mist at hi pressure that really hangs around and soaks everything.
You Also can get "Pope" "Microjet" blue topped sprayers, that give a 1/2 circle multiple jet type effect. These I do not use these if I can as they do not mist very well, but rather just squirt in a straight line.
