Thanks Bretts,
He is a real pro and a generous sharer. Also one of the few Japanese growers offering single tree export service. Don't forget pine importation is banned in Australia ( so were apples in the past.)
I wish I was up there to catch up and take him out for some R&R.
Please convey my greetings to Mr Yamaji.
Cheers
Lindsay

A focus of the WorldOfBonsai video series 2 has been the Worlds most sustainable bonsai community in Takamatsu Japan. It is worth noting that Jetstar are offering extremely low fares to Osaka during the period of the ASPAC convention in November. The convention will be graced with the presence of the greatest bonsai artist of all time, Masahiko Kimura.
Check the low fares here.

The ASPAC registration page is here.

Lindsay,

I was recently given a copy of your WOB series 1 & 2...

Speechless.
What an amazing gift to punjing/bonsai. :worship:
The similarities are more than the differences and your interchange of the 2 terms reinforces it beautifully.

I have watched series one and plan to sit down to the second over the weekend. I cant wait to see where you go next

Matt

Matt, Just where we go next remains a mystery to me. I'll be sure to update on both procumbens Velvet. There are some forthcoming procumbens segments to fill in missing info.
Cheers
