Well the pot arrived and the tree went in. It potted very easy as I think this tree has previously been in a bonsai pot. Only took about 1/3 of the roots off if that. I have a poor quality photo of it but I will wait till hopefully this weekend and post a good photo of it. As a teaser here is the pot...

Very nice tree man. Junipers are my fvourite. I'm old fashinoned/boring and like simple pots =)

Just keeping the suspense going. It's a time issue for me. I have my camera in my phone, or a DSLR. I need a point and shoot to carry around...

I plan on setting up a shoot today. But we will see.
I'll prob just get lazy!

Do ir ^_^ If I had anything worth photographing I'd set up a proper shoot with the DSLR!! I jsut haven't got anything worth it lol.

Well I managed to set up a little photoshoot this afternoon between downpours. Let me know if it up to your standards Ant...

I also managed to get to Bonsai Art, but that is another story....

now down to the buissness! the colour of the pot is almost perfect. but honestly how do you feel about the tree / pot marriage? :D

the tree is beautiful, the pot is beautiful, im just not sure they are made for each other. maybe its different in person. cant wait to see them. :D

firstly i find the rivets distracting in this setting. they have no thematic relevance. the pot its self is to smooth and clean for this twisted graggy old bugger.
these are the feelings this conjures up for me. doesn't mean its wrong or right for you. :D
