Re: Juniperus Squamata
Well the pot arrived and the tree went in. It potted very easy as I think this tree has previously been in a bonsai pot. Only took about 1/3 of the roots off if that. I have a poor quality photo of it but I will wait till hopefully this weekend and post a good photo of it. As a teaser here is the pot...

Re: Juniperus Squamata
Just keeping the suspense going. It's a time issue for me. I have my camera in my phone, or a DSLR. I need a point and shoot to carry around...
I plan on setting up a shoot today. But we will see.
I'll prob just get lazy!

Well I managed to set up a little photoshoot this afternoon between downpours. Let me know if it up to your standards Ant...
I also managed to get to Bonsai Art, but that is another story....
Let me know what you think.

About the photography? It's a little over-exposed

and thats what counts pal. !!!
the tree is beautiful, the pot is beautiful, im just not sure they are made for each other. maybe its different in person. cant wait to see them.

Re: Juniperus Squamata
firstly i find the rivets distracting in this setting. they have no thematic relevance. the pot its self is to smooth and clean for this twisted graggy old bugger.
these are the feelings this conjures up for me. doesn't mean its wrong or right for you.
