As I've been poking around the wiki, I notice a lot of very short pages that amount to business listings, lots of them being in the US. Is this a valuable resource to people? I can't imagine it being used much, maybe we should get rid of some of them to tidy up? Here is an example of one.

They at least need updated, as the website for this nursery is closed down. If we want to keep these, would it be better to move them into one page, so people could browse all of them together? Even if the info is useful, having a single page for every nursery doesn't seem like the best way to do it.

Must be artifacts left over frorm tyhe original source of many pages.
If they are no longer in business then delete them completely, If they are still relevant then maybe move them to the international directory page here

What's the word limit? And will humorous ones be expected, I can think of the mistakes I've made etc. I am a published writer but word limits are something we have to go by. So can we start a fresh wiki, something like, 'When I started dreaming of bonsai I know I was in luv!'
LOL. or 'Luv me and luv my bonsai!' Might be enjoyed by the partners of some of our members

No word limit as such but so long as the articles and pages are truthful, interesting and educational and on topic then go for it. the Wiki is an encyclopaedia of Australian Bonsai within that guide anythig is possible.
All the species guides need editing with the new template and then the content of each needs to be filled in the relevant tree facts, and the list of howtos are a good place to start for topics

I had less time than I thought I would, so didn't get my article done. What happened with this though? Did results ever get posted?
