i think it would be a bit more than a "couple" of years before the trunks got to that size though lol. but hey its a virtual contest so the skys the limit isnt it

ye a couple for the leaf size, im not so sure bout the trunk size mate, thats all, but i dont have optimum conditions for english elm either, or had experience with them

all good mate! well thought out virt though, i didnt think of tipping it on its side

wish i thought of that, might have opened up my ideas

the trunk is already fat if you cut it proportionally...
