im thinking now when i repot next i might wire out a few of the roots so that they arnt concaving in and make them move slightly outwards.

yeah id love to get it onto a stand, dont have one though sadly :palm: i dont have much in the way of stands. i large one and a cascade type stand is all i have atm. need to find myself a nice little one i think!

Thanks Hugh, I appreciate the encouragement. My rationale behind the virt is that the lovely, natural movement in the trunk can go all the way to the soil.
