Another year gone, this year 2016 Australia Day falls on Tuesday.
The first BSV club meeting for the year will be on Monday Jan 25th (Australia Day Eve) at 7.30pm.
This year our focus will be on EUCALYPTS

This melaleuca will be on display tonight
We will discuss the option of blackening an area of deadwood on the trunk
woooooow.
I don't recall browsing this thread previously.

The Melaleuca on page 2, (first 2 pictures posted)....that is hands down

one of the most beautiful Mels I have ever seen.
I love it.

Fantastic night Gerard,
Very informative and inspiring. Kevin was a wealth of knowledge.
Really look forward to what's install for the upcoming year.
I'll be looking your way in the next few workshops for some advice on my natives.
Thanks Adrian

Albury Wodonga club meeting falls on Australia day this year - That's tonight
For many years our January meeting is a ficus workshop so I've packed some figs to work defoliate, prune and repot.
It is also a good time of year for other Aussie natives so I have put in a Melaleuca and a Leptospermum that need to be repotted.

Great night Gerard,
Very inspiring. Kevin was a very informative, he has a wealth of knowledge on the Eucalyptus. Some amazing trees on display too.

Seriously wanting some Euc's in my collection now. Just have to figure out how to sneak in some more trees.
Cheers
