I also went to the Bonsai Show at Goulburn today. I must say what lovely friendly people the Goulburn group are. Many thanks for making us feel so welcome. Came home with a grouping of English Elms. Very happy :D

It was great to meet Green Thumb and Marleey73 today. :tu2:
Thanks for the photos Jake. I left my camera on the breakfast bar in my haste to get there on time this morning.
I hope that the start of daylight savings tonight doesn't put me behind for the start of day two. :palm:

Hi All,

Went to the Goulburn Exhibition today... was passing through from a trip to the Riverina region.

There were some really outstanding trees and a new venue.

There was a Wollemi pine as bonsai that I thought was something :imo: quite different and unique.

I recommend if you get a chance to go check out the trees.

Cheers

Lovely to meet you today too Kachmica. Your help getting our tree to the car was most appreciated. Must say out of all the shows I have been too the friendliness at the Goulburn group certainly has out shone the rest. :D

All packed up for this year. The work of a very small bunch of people in the club is fantastic.
Thanks to all those who have made very kind comments, and I will post a few a photos in a new post in a few days - not tomorrow because I'm off to Sydney to see what the folk in the big smoke can do.
Cheers
Watto
