That’s stunning Mike, if only I could find decent material of Chinese quince id love to grow it
I've got a really nice trunk. (I had 16 of them! - all gone) I kept the best one to work on but I couldn't be bothered so if you want it......It will make a supreme tree one day in the right hands.
PM Sent Mike

Prunus Shirotae (Mt Fuji flowering cherry).
A few more buds on the tree so we’ll see if that one lasts until they all open.

A bit past winter but i will put it down to the lockdown effect. A couple of Pink Cascades and Scopariums. The original plan was to offload these hence the cheap pots.
Also a Melaleuca Incana .This tree got caught in a hot windy day last year. Lost a lot of growth on the major branches tips as well as a lot of inner branches .As these do not backbud on bare wood i turned all the growth that was left into a weeping form. Nice surprise as the flowers started to pop out. A nice Mel to work with ,plus a water tray.
Cheers John.

Yeah look… it’s spring now so I feel a bit late to the party but this Prunus Elvins in bloom is about the limit when it comes to my collection and flowers.
