Hi Tony,
Yes that branch sticks out like dogs balls in the picture. I have tweaked it already, hopefully enough. Be sure it will be cleaned out for your next workshop
If other times are anyting to go by this will sulk for a couple of months but then I can't wait to start refining it

I tought it stuck out like something else on the dog
It's only sulking cause it couldn't come home with me.
Till next time then.

I can see some growth on the tips already Tony so I think it is starting to like me. The best thing is that this tree being a creeping variety the tail stays strong and that is where the most new growth is comming at the moment.
I grabbed the before pic from your blog, I left lunch early so I could make a start. I had got it into the new pot which got it back to the correct angle ready for work. I had just started cleaning the tree out when you arrived and took the picture. Shoot there was alot of foliage, no wonder I missed everything going on around me when I had my head stuck in that mess all afternoon

You were a very busy boy Brett. But it was worth it.
It does save a lot of time if you clean trees out before workshop, hey
Do you mind if I stick the link to this post on the blog mate, and the picture you took with the black background?

This got it's first trim for the season. I took a fair bit of the top and bottom but did not touch the middle section. With the extent of foliage removed in spring it will take a little while to balance out the energy. Next trim I will try and make it look pretty with some wire as well.
