Re: [Forum rules] The spirit and intent of AusBonsai
Coming into this discussion at the end (hopefully ) ... like many of us on this site we have been or are members of other Internet sites and I can't think of one that hasn't had it's occasional blue and someone gets suspended or chucked out altogether ; some people just can't help themselves and just have to stick their oar in to a topic just to antagonize someone ... that's being human I suppose
Anyway I would also like to take the chance to congratulate Stephen and the Mods for doing what is a selfless task and keep the site running smoothly
And Bretts ; bloody nice work there mate ... you make my benches look very ordinary
Cheers
Barry

If you had not worked it out it was ME, so now you know, those of you that want to avoid me and my posts put me on your ignore list, those of you that want anything other than pictures PM, because I am not going into discussion about any thing. As it causes angst.
Unfortunatly for some I am back. Although in a very limited way.

So now we get Pup Lite.

I'm sure there was a reason, but I can't see Australian Bonsai benefiting from less of a good thing.

G'day,
Unfortunately we have discovered another previously banned member has registered another account and has been posting to cause dissent.
This member has now has all the IP addresses associated with their accounts blocked.
Additionally, banned members are now identified by having their virtual tools requisitioned and the following picture replacing it. Their rank also changes to 'Banned'.
Regards,
Steven

Re: [Forum rules] The spirit and intent of AusBonsai
Maybe dissent might not have been the right word. Maybe it was meant they were stirring the pot to get reaction and create disharmony. Is that what you are doing by this post agendas?
I don't think its too much to accept what the spirit and intent of this forum is. Like you say, it's important for us to have different opinions to challenge ourselves and others to advance our art. But stirring for the sake of stirring seems a bit childish and unnecessary.
I hope I've misread your intentions and you are here for good discussion

I doubt it!dansai wrote:

I suspect it is an old member that has been banned and cannot get over the fact they broke the rules of the site and now want back in.
I assume they are having a hissy fit that we as a Mod team and steven as the owner, do not want to again go through the previous grief as before.
