plum not healthy

Hi, I have a plum (type unknown) that is just not healthy, it's alive, but not thriving... I'm wondering the best course to do with this tree. My thoughts are, either slip it into the ground, or into a larger pot (it's in a bonsai dish atm)

it's been fed, but is suffering general neglect.

any suggestions appreciated

this time of year I would not do too much except Slip pot to a larger pot if you feel it is soil ( or lack thereof) problem.
Other wise Keep out of direct sun, water often with seasol, but allow to almost dry out before each one

Hey Paddles,
I have one also doing same. Since all the rains and cooler weather on and off, it just seems
to be sittin still. No new growth. :lost:
I checked out the mother plant which is in the ground, who also is just sittin qiet.
So didnt think the need to worry. :reading:
Prob just the weather mate!
