Hi mate, your tree looks very much like Pinus pinea- Stone pine, ,,it looks very sick if not bordering on dead, keep out of direct sun and water sparingly, good luck

What about Picea glauca 'Albertiana Conica'?

hmm the two plants do look very similar and apparently if it is the pinus the leaves look quite different in the mature plant. I am now confused
Oh well a pines a pines i guess.....hopefully i can revive this one

I'd have to agree with Joel on this one. Picea glauca 'Albertiana Conica' or Dwalf Alberta spuce. Bunnings sells them as Xmas trees, all over Australia but they only do well in the cooler areas. alittle bit of humidity and they die.
