Nursery Stock ID Please

Hay all.. I just purchased this from a nursery and they could not ID it

I need the ID for care of the tree

PS I hope one day that I can add more to this site

Hi Booga,
Looks to me like a Picea Abies, or commonly known as Nowary Spruce.
Here is one as a bonsai for some inspiration, ( Picture of a Walter Pall Picea ).
just a tip for you, make sure you hand water this whilst its in that pot, as the dense canopy of foliage
does not allow the water to get into the pot so well.
I speak from experience on this !!

Thanks for the ID Paul and the water tip

Yeah I thought it was a good find too, I spoted it about two weeks ago and asked how much and the young girl said 40 bucks, good price I thought so went back today, different saleswoman says $60 I said no way I was told last week $40 So I got it at my price
I said great service and I will be back. Thats the way to keep customers

I may have been hasty with the ID.
More likely Picea Glauca, White Spruce.
Either way, Still good mateial to work with, good luck with it.
