[WANTED] Bonsai starters..

Without wheels, i find it very difficult to get to any local bonsai nursery.. Most of my trees are from very humble beginnings, (either regular nursery stock or collected from wild)... ((or the big B)).
I would love to get my hands on some true bonsai starters.... Are there any good ways i can buy online? (i understand shipping is not cheap but i will pay for quality!)
Any options?
Cheers
Lucas

hey mate
i have some figs that i would call true starters but they are cutting from hundred year old trees that were recently cut down at newcastle, you may have herd about the Lamen Street figs.
the ones i have are very small but if you would like a from scratch one i could send you a couple. if i can find out how to haha.
let em know?

You should buy a Chinese Elm, is the easiest to take care of. It grows like weed and when you started with bonsai is the fun to prune your tree often.
Have fun
G,day Shyne our quarantine laws are very strict in Australia even State to State there are some restrictions. On what can and cannot be shipped.
Chinese Elms are one of the restricted plants for WA.
