Hi guys
Not 100% on the real name for the tree (australian ornamental plum tree ). Its the Type you find in many streets here in wagga wagga.
anyone got any ideas on what to do with it.

It's A bonsai it or B bin it. Its Back budding like mad right now, i was going to leave it another month then dig it out as i have to clear the area that this tree is in to make room for some reno's

Ideas anyone ?

Option A definitely...

Go with A. The more plums the better.
Or how about C - give it to me?

Hi fiveoffive , any trunk is worthy of keeping . In time the tree will shows itself as to which style will best suit . I can see a nice twin trunk broom style in there , the central leader would have to go but thats only an idea .Hang onto it for sure .

Yes. Well i think so. it was just growing in my backyard.
why is there any known problems with the tree ?

Hi fiveoffive , big problems with this tree, best drop it over on the 28th and i take care of it and sort out the bugs . Prunus Cerasifera Atroputpurea is well sort after for Bonsai .I would be inclined to layer the center out using the tooth pick method and you would have 2 trunks to play with .

I'll have a chat with you at the club meet give me the best ways to get it out with out too much stress on the tree.
