Yesterday at the YVSD i was fortunate enough to meet Bruce and score some of his stands. He has some great advice for people like me that know nothing about display except wether i like it or not. He's happy to sit and chew the fat, look at your trees and reccomend. The man is doing some really nice work at more than affordable prices.
This is what i got my hands on yesterday. the set of 3 shohin stands would set you back 40 bucks. The large table 495mm x 335mm, 80 bucks.

Great stands - all shapes and sizes and he takes special orders to suit "your tree(s)"!
And you should see his special tool box with hidden draws and turntable on top! Just BRILLIANT!!!
Cheers, Rudi

Absolute bargain! But more importantly, they are very nicely made.

Hi Guys,
I did see his stands the first time last year at the Waverley Bonsai Groups Show in August and was very impressed with the quality and variety on display.
We discussed for him to come to our (YVBS) annual Sale Day on 26th Feb, which he did .... and again, I had to say "wow", because he brought along stands I hadn't seen from him before - covering from mame to large bonsai. The majority made in the Japanese style …. brilliant!
He sold quite a bid yesterday and took some orders with him as well. He’ll be a “draw card” to any event .... as Pat Kennedy is.
Cheers, Rudi

Couldn't agree more. Already have Pat Kennedy coming to the convention selling his magnificent pots, now just waiting on Bruce to confirm. I have asked to bring a huge supply of stands as I am sure he will sell out of everything on the Saturday with the numbers coming to the convention and then the general public being allowed into the exhibition and sales area.

Stick
as far as I know he hasn't got a website but he will have a stand at the 25th National Bonsai Convention in Melbourne, 18 - 21 May 2012. For more information on the convention go to Bonsai Northwest website
http://www.bonsainorthwest.com.au/ in case you are planing in coming down.
If you want to contact him you could send me your email and I pass it on to him or you can try via the Waverly Bonsai Group - their website is
http://home.vicnet.net.au/~bonsaiau/
hope this helps
