Eucalyptus

The picture of this Eucalyptus was taken at the Murchison House Station, north of Perth. It is growing in the Murchison river bed on/in the rock. http://www.murchisonhousestation.com.au/

Yep, we do have them growing like, northern hemisphere trees, as I have said many times.

I didn't take it but my Father did, he said when he saw it it reminded him of a Bonsai tree. Next time he's up there i'll have him on the lookout for trees instead of other things ;)

Hi all,

If you want to talk about radical Eucalyptus the make a trip to Ayers Rock/ Ularu. When I was there in 1990 on my Year 10 camp there were bonsai Eucas growing just a short hop from where the visiters book was anchored at the top of the tourist climb on the rock itself. I didn't get pictures but it was amazing to see.
