Hello, I have always been interested in one day having my own bonsai tree to look after. Today I saw one that looked nice and decided to buy it (let my new education begin).
Anyway some help with working out what species I have purchased would be great. As I would like to know what things I need to do that may be specific to my tree, watering etc.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Definetely serissa, my second bonsai was a serissa and all of mine look about the same this time of year. Good luck with your bonsai mate!

I'm 16 and I knew it was a serissa... There's no age limit to doing bonsai, its awesome art and I hear its fun EXCEPT WHEN WORKING WITH JUNIPERS, so damn spiky and sharp...
But serissa's have little flowers with 5-6 petals and can be pink/white. They don't require any special needs but you do need to water every day so as to make sure it doesn't dry up.
As I said before; Good luck and have fun!
