Found this mushroom colony in my juniper this morning. Is this a concern?

With all the wet humid weather we have been having it is not unusual.
Pull them off if you want ( use gloves),

Depends what fungi it is. Some actually help the tree obtain nutrients (eg pines and mycorhiza), most are harmless to the tree but some, eg Armillaria root rotting fungi can kill roots. These also produce fruiting bodies - 'mushrooms'. I don't know if Armillaria affects juniper. You will need to get a better id on the 'mushrooms' as they open to id it definitely. but I'd wait to see if the tree is affected first, because more likely to be harmless, before applying fugicide.

'Mushrooms are just the fruiting parts of the fungi. Pulling off the mushrooms will not affect the fungi growing in the soil. (does picking the apples off an apple tree kill the tree?)
