Liquidambar formosana colour

I have 3 in the Liquidambar family and they all have nice colour this time of the year.
And Yes it is a slow proccess reducing leaf size on all 3.

, I have a soft spot for liquidambar and have a few myself (all styraciflua). I am about to stratify some formosana seeds for spring planting

I planted some liquidambar seeds a month ago and they've already started sprouting.

My liquidambar has gone past the coloured stage - nearly all the leaves are now browning and falling off - and I am in North Queensland!

Peter NICE tree they are not the easiest bonsai subject. mine are colouring up if you het time look at thread a hint of autumn i posted some pics today . Again i like this tree
