I collected this tree while down south in Pemberton from the edge of a man made lake, so I'm assuming they were planted. I have permission to dig as many as i want and this one is one of the least interesting of the bunch that i dug as a test. It came out a lot easier than I expected and i got plenty of root so a few more will be getting new homes i expect.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks guys, Radula seems like it could be a pretty good guess comparing to pics on google.

it looks alot like M. fulgens aswell mate,

fulgens
the leaves seem too pointy on radula, A good id can also depend on how mature the leaves are, alot of Mel leaves are quite different from immature to mature form.

radula
