Oranges are almost ready

I have had this tree for a few years now. It came up from a mates place when a pool was installed. That was Mid summer so I didn't expect it to live but as you can see it did. I haven't done much to it and i prefer to call it a veranda tree but who knows one day it might make it as a bonsai and I thought some might find this picture interesting ;)

I think this is the best crop of oranges so far. Number 1 Son reckons there are so many we can sell them :crikey: :D

Next to it sits my 200 year old grape :D Another tree due for a nice pot next spring :palm:

It would be a large Bonsai Bretts but it would look fantastic if you decided to go ahead and develop it. Are the fruits juicy and sweet :?:

It went into a nursery pot first then roughly into this pot and since then it has had a good repot back into the same one. Needs lots of water and also lots of fert.

This one is on the list of trees that need carving next year and I will always prune with Bonsai in mind so who knows where it will go. As I said it needs lots of water and nutrients, in past years I have fallen a little short. A couple of split fruits or fruit knocked off. Looks like I have done a better job this year so I will let you know how sweet they are soon :fc:

I will take a few more pics soon. I have put some pics of it on here before. Maybe in the Sunday thread but I thought I better post independent this time.
