Bug ID help

I noticed one of these little critters on my big wisteria this morning & have never come across it before, hoping someone here can help me with an ID.

It's is a type of leaf hopper or gum tree hopper (Cicadellidae family).

Seen any strange flashing lights in the sky lately?
