This plant was left to me in a deceased estate. Leaves starting to colour now, has not flowered in the 10 years that I have had it. Any one have any clues as to what it is?

I think quince. I'm saying that based on the silvery bark, and the leaf shape.

Hey Hack,
It could be a pomegranite tho after 10yrs I would have expected more growth

Leeves look too big for Pomegranate to me, but the right shape.
I have 2 and they grow fast so agree that if they were then too small for 10 years

It is none of those , but thanks for the input. It died right back to the roots and re shot when I thought I had lost it, hence the lack of growth in 10 years. I think that she had imported it from Hawaii, along with Bucida, and Sageritia, as she used to do a lot of that back then in the 90s. It is getting large enough again now to maybe flower and I will have more of a chance to ID it then.
