I have an Iris in my front garden which has flowered in the past few days. I didn't think they flowered until spring/summer

No spring here at -4.0 this morning either. My ash trees usually let me know when it is close, and they have not got any signs of getting out of bed yet. miyagiman.

My mulberry has shot new leaves, they're over 1cm long. My Taiwanese maple has also opened a few new leaves. About 4 weeks early and my Azaleas are all flowering! Oh well I am enjoying the flowers.
