Hi all.
I picked this up for $1 but the check out girl didn't know what it is. It grows in quite a few gardens around Adelaide so I know it does OK in my climate. It flowers in Winter with very bright red/orange tubular blooms. Any help would be much appreciated. Sorry about the photo, it was still dark this morning!

Tecoma capensis. Google it for more info.

Didn't realise it's classed as a weed!
Still, I reckon it has some potential. We'll see where it leads.

Just do not plant it in the garden. I lived in a rental once that had one on the fence. The roots grew under the driveway and came up under the house. Shoots kept coming up through the floor boards!
