I will share this tree as it is very pretty this year. Not a Bonsai as such but i like the tree/pot combo and it makes me happy, and the bees happy, as there is slim pickings this time of year in Daylesford.

Bohdi that is a very nice Penjing display, it is also a very good combination, of pot /tree/ and the accent.

Havent had bud burst with the wattles yet, only thing raising its head is the Pieris and the Sasanqua's. Another3-4 days yet for wattles.

Never looked at it as graceful. Thank you for a different insight.

my first post! woo hoo!
that's a lovely little tree, i went out and bought a peiris earlier today from the local garden centre, inspired by one I saw at my last club meeting in Mornington whuich was covered in flower and a gorgeous shape.
As I am a complete novice, can anyone give me some tips on caring and shaping this variety? I assume that I pretty much leave it alone until it finishes flowering, then I was thinking about a light root and top prune.
any/all advice will be welcomed.
