Warning for Isitangus, read title carefully
After seeing the big Pieris topic, I thought I would post a pic of mine.
Diminutive in stature

but still I like it.

The variety is Sarabande, great for a mini I reckon.

Wow, it is flowering late. You will have to post it in flower. It sets flowers differently to mine which is "Shoju" Yours almost look like berries.

Hi Bodhi,
It has been threatening to flower for months, (mind you it always does this) looks like it has finally worked up the courage.
It has been in this pot for 3 years now, slow mover so I overlook it every time. After it finishes flowering (next year some time at this rate) I will give it a trim and a re-pot.

Bigger isn't alwas better as far as pierises go, I will need 3 or 4 blokes to move the thing.... (hope you don't mind when I put up pics of the other couple I have

)
Lovely little tree.

I am always a bit envious of anyone who can grow a pieris as a bonsai. I have one in the garden, the last of four.. they were all bought as garden shrubs in 6 inch pots, all suffered under my care, now only one survives, and it hangs on by it's toenails... I swear it's going to die any day..
