There are several Maples that have red Foliage, but most turn green thru the summer.
Check out maples x mail, Maybe they can find out what it is.

i heard that it depends on how much sun they get,if the tree does not get much sun,the leaves will stay green

There are thousands of named A. palmatum varieties all with slightly different characteristics and countless more seedlings that have not been distinguished with a variety name. Some have leaves that open green or green with a pink margin. There are others with various shades of red new leaves that usually mature to green or reddish green leaves over summer. Some varieties have 5 pinted leaves, others have 7 or 9 points.
While climate will have some bearing on the colour of leaves it mostly depends on the genetics of the variety.
