Hey guys My jade trees have started to develop these weird things on its leaves. I isolated it from the others but it seems that even at a distance (100m) all my jade trees are starting to do this. even my cuttings.
was wondering if any of you guys knew what it was. I have sprayed them with white oil too hopefully that helps.

This looks a bit like hail damage similar to that you would see on Agave attenuata and other succulents.
Cheers,

I have seen similar to this before especially with glossy leafed plants which can store a lot of fluid in their leaves. If you water or there is a shower of rain early in the morning, the plant will take in the water, swelling the cells in the leaves to capacity. The morning sun then heats these cells and by midday they are that hot they cook from the inside. Similar to the way a dark coloured car heats up iside when in the sun. A couple of days later the dead cell turns brown. It doesn't do to much harm to the plant just looks ugly. also happens to ficus with the fleshier and darker leaves.
