Grows at around the 2900-3700 metres ASL on ledges and ravines.
Flowers fade to light pink-white a few days after opening.

Hello Damian, my guess is Kozan ( brilliant Mountain)

a very pale pink to of white Variable and prone to sporting different colours.

Reading between the lines I would say that it is a species Rhodo.and not a cultivar. So forget the cultivar names.
