We recently started a new forum topic "Critiques and Virtual Designs but haven't yet come up with a forum picture for it yet.
I have 20 x Acer Palmatum rubrum seeds for the person who submits a picture for this topic that we end up using.
Submissions should be of a similar style to all the other topic pictures that are used on AB.C and no copyright laws are to be broken - i.e. you must not submit stolen pictures from other sites etc. Submissions will be accepted up to the closing date/time by posting them in this thread.
The winning picture/design will be chosen on Friday 29th May at 4pm.

this is my current wallpaper. I can't remember where i got the image from and am not sure if it's copyrighted...

I've interpreted "Virtual designs" in a kind of retro cyber way. I want to symbolize criticism with a tick & a cross meaning positive & negative with focus on the tick in the forground encouraging positve feed back. I wanted to capture the idea that through your computer we are able to experience the world of bonsai and everything that we have to offer is accessable to everyone in the world.

I have made an animated gif using images from robert stevens blog. I have just asked permission and am awaiting a response.
I'm not sure if the image will display if it isn't embedded though. if this is the case could one of the mods upload the gif to the ausbonsai server so that the animation can be seen?
