Newsflash: Just a reminder to our Ausbonsai Friends.
Two days left for the early bird regisration to the AABC National Convention in Canberra 2013. Don't worry about the cold, it won't be as May is the most pleasant time in the City.
Remember the early bird registration will cease on midnight the 31st October 2012.

Look forward to hearing from you and see you at Canberra in May 2013.

Yes - ANOTHER reminder - just in case you didn't realise ... there's only one more day for earlybird registration for next year's convention.

There are still places for participants on Averil and Andrew's workshops and observer places for all three demonstrators (Ryan pm only).

And join us for the tours of the Arboretum and National Collection. Autumn is a great time to see Canberra and the Arboretum should be spectacular.

So check out the online registration at cbs.org.au/2013AABC/ or send you postal registrations in NOW :!: :!:

See you next year

Pup, I looked at rooms and discovered that if I boooked now, I'd benefit from long advance bookling and could get a standard double room for $160 a night, while the regular price is $189 and the later booking from the AABC reserved block is $175.
It might be worth thinking about.....
I imagine that if one takes the long advance booking, one shouldn't quote the AABC code nr.

Ours was booked when we got back from Melbourne and had a few issues with the Group to sort out. So we are in just got to book one extra night, as the flight does not get in till 10-30pm.

Looking forward to it.

Hi, I just registered and the website registration says the final date for early bird is the 30th October - not the 31st as a few people have mentioned above- does this mean we've missed the opportunity for the early bird rate? Or should the final day have been today?

Hi Chipper5

No you stilll get in on the earlybird rate. Apologies - a gremlim in the system... :palm: :shake:

You should have an email telling you what your total payment is, based on what activities you've signed up for, and that should show the earlybird registration fee.
- If it hasn't arrived, contact the rego team at registration@cbs.org.au and they'll resend it.

See you in May :) .

Thank you all for supporting the 2013 AABC Convention. We had a rush of early birders and as a result both observer sessions for Ryan Neil's workshops and observers are now full and as such a waiting list is being maintained. So thank you all those who registered before 1st November, we now look forward to seeing you all in May 2013. :tu:
