Zelkova insects?

Greetings all.
I've discovered damage that seems to be only affecting my Zelkova at this stage.
It's isolated to two tree's and so far seems to not be affecting my Ulmus Procera..
I'm pretty sure that I have a photo of the culprits but can't be 100% certain..
There seems to be a few of these little insects about and it would seem as if they are responsible...
So...
Are these the culprits?
How do I get rid of them!
Thanks in advance.

It is whitefly. They are more of a problem in a shade house or green house environment and not as bad in open air with full sun. Confidor or heavy duty Rogor should fix it.

Awesome Hackimoto.
I've just had a scour of the net and found a home brew concoction...

Can you see any reason not to try this?
Also what is heavy duty rogor?
Couldn't find anything related to this..

By all means use the soft eco friendly options which are preferable. All Rogor is "Heavy Duty" on the environment and the plants sometimes.

I picked up an apparent "heavy duty" long lasting spray for white fly today..
Don't know exactly which one it was but tested with a couple of small sprays today...
Result: The flies seem to have buggered off for the most part but I will monitor my tree's health and maybe try the alternative "greener" method if they return.
Easy does it.. No major damage from the flies just yet.

Hi,
I'm at a bit of a loss as of what to do.
These things seem to be multiplying by the hundreds!
I had thought I was getting on top of them but alas this is clearly not the case.
Another picture is attached.
Not convinced the pyrethrum is doing the trick:
