On my route of my daily leisure strolling around and watering I had the most amazing surprise to date.. :o

.. my Japanese Cherry Blossom has sprouted from its humble beginning :P

I hadn't inspected it for a few days nor was i really expecting anything and all I can say was WoW as i don't germinate anything from seeds so you can imagine how I felt other than my toxic chillies that I grow also for the first time this year and there are a forest of them :P

This I had to share.. and if you have a variety of these cherries please share!

Hi The Specimen , congrats on the new born . I have planted vegies in amongst my grow beds to utilize all that water that runs off , they a sprouting everywhere .I had a miniature flowering cherry , or should i say my wife did but some bugger to a liking to it and it disappeared quite some time ago .I haven't told Karen yet , hoping she has forgotten . Good luck with the upbringing of the little one .

Their good but not that good , it was in the green house a 2 legged upright creature for sure .Did you get the Japanese Cherry seeds locally ?
