Before the Glitch we are experiencing at the moment there were two discussions going and have now disappeared.

So I will combine the here are a couple of ROR ficus rubiginosa and both were defoliated last weekend, you will notice new buds all over.

The two tree one was traded to a friend for another tree, when they were unfortunate enough to have some of their Bonsai stolen. They decided to give this one back. I was going to sell it but Mrs Pup has said she wants it.Who am I to defy a wife :palm: .

Any way here are the trees.

Very gnarly! Especially the 2nd one, it looks like it is just growing straight out of that rock, so brutal!

That was a self sown seedling in the rock many years ago. Yes it is brutal for the rock, it is Known in WA as coffee rock from the Darling scarp of Perths hills area.
