I collected a sample of this little perrenial a few years ago & despite it flowering regularly I have never managed to get a pic of one. Out of 2doz shots this was the clearest but still doesnt show the flower with clarity, there is spotting on the lower petals near the throat but no hope of getting that in focus...

Hoping someone here can help with an ID
Thanks in advance
Matt

Tip..
If your using a point and shoot cam that can't lock focus properly.
1. Line a clear object up that it WILL focus on at say 15 - 20cm.
2. Half press the camera to auto focus (will typically result in a green light on your cam).
3. Take note of the distance as you will need to replicate this near to exactly with your target object.
4. Whilst still holding the focus by half press move away from your focus object and point at your target (ie this flower).
5. Shoot.
Another tip is to use macro mode (typically dictated via a flower).
This will often result in the camera being far more sensitive and happy to go much closer to an object....
P.S. Absolutely no idea about your cute little accent!
Sorry for Hijacking the thread!

Boics,
Thanks for the tips, took these pics using the macro function but it still uses autofocus & trying to get it right using any method is a journey
