Umbrella (Schefflera) - neglected no more!

Hi all, previously inspired by Steven, Alpineart, Bretts and others, this Schefflera was a pot plant long before I knew about bonsai. Over the past ten years it has been upward of 2 meters, then trimmed back to its current approx 60cm about 3 years ago and placed in a large pot. And there it sat, neglected at the front door, lucky even to get the occasional drink. One of those projects that never quite got underway...
Until today, with a bit of cooler weather and (apparently) the 'right' time of year, I trimmed the roots and repotted into a proper training pot, it is currently soaking in a seasol bath as it was very dry and to aid recovery, and soon it'll reside on my bonsai benches receiving long awaited tlc. As soon as new growth appears, it'll be trimmed back to about 20-30cm and restructuring can begin!
Please forgive the poor 'in progress' phone photography, but once the tree improves so will photo quality.
Cheers,
Ryan
