Great tree!
Great price!
Seldom see Oaks as Bonsai.
Personally I reckon they are iconic tree's and look great when done well.
Especially when leaf reduced...
Congrats.

Thank you mate
This oak was a very slowly grown by Marlene and her hubby from a 5 year starter. It is approximately 35 yrs old now.
She has wonderful bark characteristics, and I did give the top canopy a good trim so the bottom branches gets more energy to push out more buds and leaves eventually
Also, drenched her with a good watering after the was top trimmed, then a small feed of seasol and powerfeed . Watered all my trees this morning and including my newest addition - The European OAK !!!!!
Cheers
